Charlotte provides a wide range of support services to all of the Disputes and Litigation team including the compilation of various documents required for NZ Courts including Discovery, Common Bundles, Bundles of Authorities, Affidavit & Brief of Evidence Exhibits plus E-Casebooks for Higher Courts and more.
Adapting to a variety of roles over her working career, Charlotte has experience in Commercial & Industrial Real Estate (13 years), Cold Storage Business operating, sales and leasing, Charitable Trust management, Trust disputes, and Litigation Administration for Barristers for 6 years.
Charlotte has a Degree in Valuation & Property Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and a Legal Executive Diploma.
