She joined the firm in 2022, having previously worked in Invercargill and Auckland law firms for 10 years. She also has 3 years of real estate industry working experience.

Tracey is a Trust Administrator providing a range of services to the firm’s trust clients including managing gifting programmes, conducting annual reviews of their trusts to ensure their compliance with legislation, reviewing financial statements and ensuring minutes and resolutions are properly documented.

Tracey has a vast amount of experience working in both banking and legal sectors.  Prior to becoming one of the firm’s Trust Administrators she worked in the firm’s finance team as a Trust Account Administrator.

Karra is a Legal Assistant in our Disputes Resolution Team.

She works closely with Pip Allan, Creon Upton, Ashley Kelland and Tahlia Jones.

Karra has several years of litigation experience as a paralegal working in both the UK and Australia. She holds an LL.B with Honours from the University of Glasgow.

While working full-time with us, she is continuing her legal education in New Zealand in order to be admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

As a working mother with two wonderfully chaotic toddlers, Karra takes great pride in her ability to connect and strongly emphasise with a diverse range of clients. With a love for travelling the world, she embraces all cultures and the chance to further learn and grow.

Mark is the General Manager at Malley & Co. He brings considerable legal management experience having worked for national and regional legal practices over the past 30 years. As General Manager at Malley & Co, Mark is responsible for ensuring the performance of the business across a range of management functions including finance, technology, business development and team resourcing.

Mark has a particular interest in developing and implementing business initiatives that focus on improving performance and delivering accessible and user-friendly service to Malley & Co’s customers.

Mark is a member of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association ("ALPMA") and a former member of their New Zealand Executive Committee and a former National Board Director.

Rachel joined Malley & Co in 2003 as a Receptionist.  Over the many years working with the firm, Rachel has developed her career and she is now the Finance & Administration Manager of the firm.  Rachel has over 28 years’ experience in administration with the majority of that in the legal sector.

Rachel works closely with the firm’s General Manager and she is responsible for the firm’s finances and financial reporting to the partnership.  In addition to the firm’s finance matters, Rachel also assists with the operation of firms trust account and the general day to day running of the office.

Rachel holds Diplomas in Business Administration and Xero. She is also Xero Advisor certified.

Rachael joined Malley & Co in 2012 as a Trust Accountant and has over 20 years’ experience in accounting matters associated with the legal sector.  Rachael is responsible for overseeing the firms trust account in conjunction with the firm’s Trust Account Supervisor.  Working as part of the accounts team Rachael liaises with the partners and other staff in dealing with client funds during their various transactions.

Rachael holds a New Zealand Institute of Management Certificate in Management.

Lana joined Malley & Co in 2014 as a Receptionist and in 2020 moved to the role of Anti Money Laundering Compliance Administrator for the firm.

Lana is responsible for managing the day to day compliance of the firm’s obligations under Anti Money Laundering legislation which primarily involves the receipt, review and records management around client identity documentation and risk management assessment completions.  She is responsible for the maintenance of the firm’s practice management database and other aspects of records management.

Lana works with the firm’s AML Compliance Officer and General Manager as well as undertaking assistance on other special projects involving the partners and staff in the firm’s specialist legal teams.
